Mike brings a multi-disciplined skill set via 15 years of experience in operations, strategy, and finance. Each of these years was spent studying, managing, or operating, small-to-mid sized businesses which brought an understanding of how to embrace change, successfully.

He most recently led an apparel start-up in Amsterdam, Netherlands where he was responsible for scaling infrastructure and operations to over 20 countries in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Prior to that, Mike worked in private equity and investment management where he was responsible for overseeing merger & acquisition activity, strategic operations, and resource deployment. Mike has had the opportunity to advise the leaders of start-ups and international C-level executives on 4 continents.

Mike holds his MBA with a concentration in New Ventures from the University of San Diego.

He is driven by an interest in building systems of things that work better when used together in the right way. He uses data to drive decision making whenever possible. He believes that winning solutions do not stop with implementation. Working with the people that are impacted by change is most important to launching successful initiatives. He would like to see more organizations of all shapes and sizes adopt the lean start-up approach to drive growth.
